Cookie policy
Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. We use few, and split them into two groups: the essential ones, without which the site does not work, and the non-essential ones, which only run if you consent.
Essential cookies
They serve to keep the session, save what you configured and protect the payment. They do not need consent, because without them the service you requested cannot be provided. We do not use them for profiling or advertising.

Non-essential cookies
They serve to measure how the site is used and to improve the configurator. They are only installed after you accept in the cookie notice. If you decline, none of them is stored and the site keeps working the same.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not share browsing data with ad networks.
How to accept or decline
On your first visit we show a notice with two clear choices: accept the non-essential cookies or decline. Declining is as easy as accepting, and no non-essential cookie is stored before your choice.
How to withdraw consent
You can change your mind at any time, without justification, in three ways:
- In the cookie settings: open the cookie panel in the site footer and change your choice.
- In the browser: delete this site's cookies in your browser's privacy settings. Deleting the consent cookie makes the notice appear again.
- By email: write to talkto@relevo3d.com and we will handle the request.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Legal basis and more information
Non-essential cookies rely on your consent, pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 5 of Law no. 41/2004. The associated personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which also explains your rights and how to complain to the CNPD or the competent supervisory authority.
